Damage Liability Policy - 2025
By proceeding with the booking of our equipment, including but not limited to bubble machines, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
The hirer shall be held fully liable for any loss of, or damage to, the equipment during the hire period, regardless of cause. In the event of damage, the customer agrees to cover all costs associated with the repair or, if deemed necessary, the full replacement of the equipment.
This liability applies in all cases, without exception, and is enforceable against the individual or entity named on the booking. By confirming the hire, the customer confirms their acceptance of this Damage Liability Policy in its entirety.
